Khabizgina with Matsoni Dough
This is a delicious Khabizgina made with matsoni dough. The dough is soft and airy, and the filling consists of cheese and potatoes. It's especially good for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients

Dissolve baking soda mixed with vinegar in matsoni and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, melted butter, and egg to the matsoni mixture and mix well.

Add flour and knead a soft dough that sticks to your hands slightly. Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Mash the cheese and cooked potato together and divide into 6 equal balls.

Divide the dough into 6 balls, place the cheese and potato filling inside each, and roll out thinly.
