King prawn pad Thai

King prawn pad Thai

A classic street-food favourite, this pad Thai combines stir-fried rice noodles, juicy prawns, scrambled egg, and crunchy beansprouts in a sweet-savoury sauce. Crushed peanuts, chilli, and shrimp paste provide wonderful texture and deep umami flavour throughout. Serve right out of the wok with an extra sprinkle of peanuts for extra crunch.
