  • Warm Water200 ml
  • Vegetable oil2 სუფრის-კოვზი
  • Utskho Suneli (Blue Fenugreek)1 ჩაის-კოვზი
  • Dried Coriander1 ჩაის-კოვზი
  • red chillies½ ჩაის-კოვზი
  • Vegan Margarine2 ჩაის-კოვზი

Instructions

    For the dough, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Add salt and oil. Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.

    Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Mix with chopped cilantro (if using), utskho suneli, dried coriander, red pepper flakes, and vegan margarine.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a small circle.

    Place the mushroom filling in the center of each dough circle. Lift the edges of the dough and pinch them together in the center to cover the filling. Flatten slightly.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
