    Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

    Grill the eggplant and zucchini on a grill pan (optionally with a little olive oil) for 3-3 minutes on each side.

    Peel the tomatoes and chop them.

    In a pan, sauté the chopped tomatoes, add diced onion, grated carrot, basil, savory, salt and pepper.

    Simmer the sauce for 3-4 minutes, then strain it through a sieve.

    Drain the cooked pasta. Put the tomato sauce in a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the cooked pasta. Add the vegetable broth.

    Simmer for 3 minutes and add the grilled vegetables.

    Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta with vegetables and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and basil.
