    Wash the beans thoroughly and soak in cold water overnight.

    Drain the beans, put them in a pot, add water and cook over low heat until tender (about 1-1.5 hours). Skim off any foam that forms periodically.

    Cut the shashkhi into small cubes.

    Finely chop the onion.

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.

    Drain the cooked beans (reserve some of the cooking water). Add the sautéed onion, shashkhi, crushed garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, pepper, and utskho suneli to the beans. Mix well.

    If the beans are too dry, add some of the reserved cooking water to achieve the desired consistency. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
