Matsoni Sauce
This is a delicious, refreshing, and light sauce that perfectly complements many Georgian dishes. It's incredibly easy to prepare and will add a special aroma to any table. Ideal with both meat and vegetable dishes.

Peel the garlic and finely chop or crush it.

Wash, dry, and finely chop the dill and cilantro.

Place the matsoni in a large bowl. Add the chopped garlic, dill, and cilantro.

Add salt and black pepper (if desired). Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
