    For the Mchadi, mix corn flour and salt in a bowl. Add water and knead the dough. The dough should be soft but hold its shape.

    Heat a pan. Shape small, round mchadi with your hands and fry on both sides until golden brown.

    For the pkhali, wash the field pkhali greens thoroughly and boil in salted water until tender.

    Transfer the pkhali to a colander and drain well.

    Finely chop the cooked pkhali. Add chopped walnuts, garlic, cilantro, dill, green onion, leek, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
