  • Vegetable oil30 ml

    In a bowl, combine the corn flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.

    Add the finely chopped tarragon to the dough and mix well.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Make a ball from each part and flatten them into small diameter flat shapes.

    Place a small piece of sulguni cheese in the middle of each mchadi.

    Heat a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Place the mchadi in the pan and bake on both sides until golden brown.
