Megruli Khachapuri
Megruli Khachapuri is a delicious dish distinguished by its generous amount of cheese, not only inside but also on top. This recipe comes from an emigrant who returned to Georgia and prepares it with special love.

In a glass, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar, yeast, and a little warm water and activate.

In a bowl, combine flour, activated yeast, one tablespoon of remaining sugar, salt, warm water, and 100 ml of oil. Control the water yourself, do not harden the dough. Finally, rub the remaining 50 ml of oil into the kneaded dough.

Knead the dough well and cover. When it rises, knead well. Knead like this twice. Let the dough rest even after taking out the dough balls.
