Minestrone

Classic Italian minestrone is a hearty, fragrant vegetable soup loaded with seasonal produce and beans, naturally completely sugar-free. It is ideal for a wholesome lunch or a comforting, warm dinner. For maximum depth of flavor, gently sauté the aromatic vegetables in olive oil before adding the broth.
