    Wash the mushrooms and herbs.

    Bring the mushrooms to a boil. Once boiling, drain the water and leave in a colander.

    In a pot, layer the mushrooms, herbs, and tkemali, repeating until all ingredients are used. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour in 1 cup of white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes. If you want a spicier dish, add a little garlic in the last 5 minutes.
