Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the beaten egg and sugar.

Add melted ghee (or butter), spices, raisins, and flour. Knead a soft dough.

Let the dough rest in a warm place for one hour to rise.

Knead the dough again and divide it into 500g balls.
