    Whisk eggs and salt well.

    Add oil, water, and flour. Knead the dough for about 30 minutes.

    Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.

    Roll out 7 parts thinly.

    Boil each rolled-out layer in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.

    Grease a baking dish.

    Roll out one layer and place it on the bottom of the dish.

    Between every 2 layers of boiled dough, sprinkle grated cheese and spread melted butter.

    Roll out the last, 9th layer and cover the achma. Fold the sides well.

    Cut the achma and decorate with New Year's shapes (optional).

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
