    Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes.

    Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar and vanilla extract. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

    Squeeze the gelatin sheets to remove excess water. Add to the hot cream and stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Peel the oranges and cut into small cubes.
