    Separate the eggs: egg whites for the meringue, yolks for the dough, and set aside 1 yolk for brushing on top.

    Whisk 5 egg yolks, add a pinch of salt, 200g cold water, 1 tbsp vodka, 50g vinegar, and vanilla. Finally, add flour until a soft dough is formed.

    Divide the dough into 3 parts, spread each ball with the remaining 200g of butter twice, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Bake one layer of dough, which will be placed in the middle during assembly.

    Prepare the meringue: Add a pinch of salt and vanilla to 6 egg whites and start whisking, then gradually add sugar until a stiff meringue is formed. Add walnuts and raisins to the meringue.

    Assembly: First layer of dough, then meringue, baked layer, meringue again, third layer of dough.

    Cut into desired pieces and brush the top with 1 egg yolk + 1 tsp sour cream, decorate as desired (e.g., with almonds).

    Bake at a high temperature of 200°C for 30-40 minutes.

    5-7 minutes before baking is complete, drizzle with honey syrup, which is prepared as follows: add 3 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of sugar to 3 tbsp of honey, boil for 2-3 minutes and pour hot over the cake.
