  • Milk30 ml

    In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.

    Add oil and water, and knead into a soft dough. The dough does not need a lot of kneading.

    Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

    Boil and mash the potatoes. Add butter (optional) and grated cheese. Mix well.

    Roll out each part into a circle. Place the filling in the center. Close the edges and roll out again.
