    Pour 60 ml of cold milk over the gelatin and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.

    In a separate saucepan, combine the cream, remaining milk, and sugar. Place over very low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Do not bring to a boil. The temperature should be a maximum of 50-60 degrees Celsius.

    Remove the saucepan from the heat.

    Place the bloomed gelatin in a hot water bath and melt it.

    Mix the melted gelatin into the main mixture and stir well.

    Pour into glasses or molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until set.
