Pepperoni Pizza
Homemade pepperoni pizza with a simple recipe. The dough is made with yeast, which makes the pizza airy and delicious. Feel free to add your favorite ingredients to your taste. Allow about 2 hours 40 minutes for four pizzas baked one at a time, including 10 minutes of yeast activation, a 1-hour rise and up to 60 minutes of baking. A 1½-hour rise increases the estimate to 3 hours 10 minutes.
