  • Vinegar75 ml

    Cut the watermelon into medium-sized pieces, remove the rind and seeds. Optionally, the rind can be left on.

    Pack the prepared watermelon into clean jars.

    Pour boiling water over the watermelon in the jars and leave for 20 minutes.

    Drain the water from the jars into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring the marinade to a boil.

    Pour the boiled marinade over the watermelon in the jars, so that the jars are full.
