Pizza with Burrata and Prosciutto, by Lika Kvaratskhelia
Pizza with burrata, prosciutto, arugula and pesto. Allow about 1 hour 37 minutes, including 1 hour for the yeast dough to rise.
Ingredients

- Tomato Sauce120 ml
- Pesto Sauce30 ml

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast activates.

Add flour and salt and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.

Brush the dough with olive oil and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.

During the final 15 minutes of the dough rising, preheat the oven and baking sheet to the maximum baking temperature. Continue preheating if needed until the oven reaches that temperature.

Roll out the dough to the desired shape and sprinkle with corn flour.

Transfer the dough to a hot baking sheet, spread with tomato sauce, and place the burrata cheese.

Bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes, until the cheese melts.
