  • Warm Water250 ml
  • Olive Oil30 ml

    Prepare the dough: Mix yeast, 0.5 cup of flour and salt, pour in warm water and knead. Gradually add the remaining flour, olive oil and knead a soft, elastic dough.

    Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place.

    Thinly slice the tomatoes and bell pepper.

    Mix salt and crushed garlic into the nadugi.

    When the dough has risen, divide it in half, roll each piece thinly (3-4 mm, 25 cm in diameter), place on a baking sheet, first brush with a little olive oil, then tomato paste.

    Place thin slices of tomato and pepper and seasoned nadugi on the dough. Sprinkle sulguni cheese on top of the pizza.

    Bake in a well-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

    Serve the hot pizza with olive oil.
