    Wash the spinach thoroughly and boil it in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain, cool, and squeeze out all excess liquid. Then finely chop or pass through a meat grinder.

    Pass walnuts, garlic, ground coriander, blue fenugreek, marigold, and salt together through a meat grinder or blend until a uniform paste is formed. Add vinegar and mix well.

    Combine the squeezed and chopped spinach with the walnut paste. Knead well by hand to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Form small balls or oval patties from the mixture.

    Before serving, garnish with pomegranate seeds (optional) and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
