Pork loin cooked in milk
Milk-braised pork loin is an Italian classic where the meat becomes wonderfully tender and infused with warm spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. The milk slowly simmers down into a rich, flavorful sauce accented with hints of lemon and garlic. Serve sliced with the creamy pan sauce spooned over the top for a comforting family dinner.
