    Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).

    In a bowl, mix the flour, matsoni, egg, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to obtain a smooth batter.

    Grate the Sulguni cheese.

    Grease a baking dish. Pour half of the batter into the dish, sprinkle with grated Sulguni cheese, and then pour the remaining batter on top. Smooth the surface with a spoon.

    Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
