Puff Pastry Baklava
This is a delicious puff pastry baklava recipe, distinguished by its simplicity and quick preparation. The baklava is made with thin puff pastry, walnuts, and meringue filling, giving it a special flavor.

In a bowl, combine egg yolk, vinegar, oil, vodka, and water. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Finally, add 50g of melted margarine and work the dough well.

Leave the dough at room temperature for 30 minutes, then divide it into 3 equal parts.

Divide the remaining 150g of margarine into 3 equal parts (at room temperature).

Take one piece of dough, roll it out, spread one portion of margarine on top, and fold it like an envelope. Place in the refrigerator for one hour. Repeat the same for the remaining pieces of dough.

Each piece of dough should be spread with margarine only once, and folded 3-4 times, every hour, with refrigeration.

Pre-bake only one layer, this will be the middle layer of the baklava. Roll out the dough, prick it with a fork, and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.

Whisk egg whites and salt, gradually add sugar, and finally vanilla.
