Puff Pastry Napkins
A delicious dessert made from puff pastry, filled with two types of cream. One cream is made with boiled condensed milk, and the other with boiled flour porridge and butter. The napkins are especially delicious when decorated with powdered sugar.

Divide the margarine into 3 parts.

Knead the flour, water and salt into a dough.

Roll out the dough and spread one part of margarine on it.

Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Roll it out and spread margarine again, put it in the freezer again, and repeat the same for the third time.

Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough, cut into rectangles, sprinkle each with a little flour and fold.

Bake the folded pieces at 250°C until golden brown.

Add vanilla and boiled condensed milk to 200 g of well-whipped butter. Both ingredients should be at room temperature. This is the first cream.

Dissolve flour and sugar in milk. Put on the fire, cook the porridge with continuous stirring and simmer for 15 minutes after boiling until the taste of flour is gone.

Cool to room temperature and add one spoon at a time to 200 g of well-whipped butter (it is necessary that the butter is at room temperature, so the cream will not curdle), add vanilla. This is the second cream.

Open the cooled layers, spread with boiled condensed milk cream (i.e. the first cream) and decorate with the second cream. You can alternate the creams, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
