  • Walnut oil45 ml
  • Vegetable oil15 ml

    Boil the chicken until tender. Reserve the broth.

    Grind the walnuts twice through a meat grinder or finely blend them. Add salt, saffron, and a little hot water. Pour in the water little by little, gradually. Knead until the oil comes out.

    Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.

    Mix the ground walnuts, fried onions, garlic, cilantro, blue fenugreek, ground coriander, vinegar, and broth together. Add salt to taste.

    Cut the boiled chicken into pieces and place it in the walnut sauce. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to meld. Drizzle with walnut oil before serving.
