Semi-Flaky Khachapuri
This is a delicious Khachapuri made with a yeast dough and using a technique similar to puff pastry. The dough is soft and fluffy, while the filling is tender and flavorful.

In a bowl, combine flour, warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Knead the dough.

Wrap the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. Punch down the dough twice during this time.

Roll out the dough and spread room temperature margarine (300g total) evenly over the surface.

Fold the dough like an envelope, wrap it, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Repeat the folding and chilling process 3-4 times.

Finally, roll the dough into a log and cut it into 4 pieces.

Take one piece, roll it out, then spread the grated cheese over half of the dough and fold the other half over the cheese.

Brush with egg yolk and sour cream.
