Shoti Bread
Shoti bread is a traditional Georgian bread baked in a tone (a clay oven), but it can also be made in the oven at home. The recipe is simple and the result is very delicious.
Ingredients

Dissolve sugar, oil, and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to activate the yeast.

In a separate bowl, mix sifted flour and salt. Add the water mixture and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough and place in a warm place to rise. The dough will rise in about 30 minutes.

Knead the risen dough, divide it into 4 equal balls, and give them an oval shape.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for a while.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

Lengthen the ends of the dough balls, do not flatten the sides, only flatten the middle with your hands and give it a cross shape.
