    Cut the lavash sheets into approximately 5x5 cm squares or triangles. You can also tear them by hand.

    Place the nadughi (or cottage cheese) in a bowl, add salt, and optionally minced garlic and black pepper. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Melt half of the butter in a large pan. Place the cut lavash pieces in the pan and fry over medium heat until slightly golden and crispy. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

    Place the fried lavash pieces in a large bowl. Add the prepared nadughi mixture and the remaining melted butter. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest for 5-10 minutes, allowing the lavash to absorb the liquid and soften. Serve warm.
