    Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, water, and salt. Knead into an elastic dough.

    Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the spinach filling: Blend spinach and oil until smooth. Add grated Suluguni cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Divide the dough into 5-6 parts. Roll out each part very thinly.

    Place a rolled-out layer of dough in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes. Then remove and rinse with cold water.

    Assembly: Place the first boiled layer in a baking dish and spread with spinach filling. Repeat the process for all layers except the last one.
