    Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt dissolved in water (dissolve 5 g of salt in 250 ml of water).

    Knead a stiff dough. Set the dough aside and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Chop the cleaned spinach coarsely.

    Add salt, pepper, finely chopped tarragon, cilantro, and oil to the spinach. Mix well.

    Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut out small circles with a glass or a special mold.

    Roll each circle slightly thinner. Place 1 tablespoon of spinach filling in the center.
