Summer Napoleon

Summer Napoleon

This is a simplified, summer-adapted version of Napoleon cake that doesn't require baking. Instead of pastry sheets, cookies are used, and the cream is made with cottage cheese and sour cream, giving it a special coolness and lightness. It's perfect for preparing on hot summer days.
