    Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

    Place the honey in a saucepan and set over low heat. Bring to a slight boil and remove from heat. Repeat this process 3 times.

    During the last boil, add the sugar and toasted sunflower seeds. Simmer for 3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

    Transfer the mixture onto a wet wooden board and shape it as desired. Let it cool for 1 hour until hardened.
