    In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into small squares.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and add the cut dough. Cook over medium heat until done (about 10-12 minutes).

    Slice the onion into thin rings.

    Melt butter in a pan and sauté the onion, add a pinch of salt and sugar (optional).
