  • Cilantro (Fresh)½ bunch
  • Red pepper (dried)½ tsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • water300 ml

    Cut the tklapi into small pieces and place them in a pot. Pour room temperature water over it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to soften.

    Place the softened tklapi with the water over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the tklapi completely dissolves and forms a uniform mass. Add a little more water if necessary.

    Finely chop the garlic and cilantro.

    Add the chopped garlic, cilantro, red pepper, and salt to the tklapi mixture. Mix well.

    Chill the sauce and serve. The longer it sits, the more intense the flavor will be.
