    In a bowl, combine flour, egg, water, and salt. Knead into an elastic dough. Add flour gradually.

    Let the dough rest on a work surface for 1 hour.

    Divide the dough into 48 pieces.

    Roll out each piece thinly, sprinkling corn starch between the layers. Cover the rolled-out dough with a tea towel.

    Spread chopped walnuts evenly over the dough and roll it up like a roulade.

    Melt the butter and pour it over the arranged rolls in the baking dish. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
