Whiskey sour

Whiskey sour

The Whiskey Sour is a classic cocktail perfectly balancing rich bourbon, vibrant lemon tartness, and gentle sweetness. Egg white provides a silky texture and a dense, velvety foam on top. For the best froth, perform a dry shake without ice before chilling the drink.
