    Whisk 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg.

    Sprinkle 225g of flour on the work surface, grate 125g of frozen butter and mix together.

    Add the egg and sour cream mixture and knead the dough.

    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut into 6 equal parts.

    Roll out each part well and prick with a knife or fork.
