Beef Ragout
This is a delicious and hearty beef ragout made with tender beef and fragrant tarragon paste. It's a great choice for a family dinner or a festive table.

Place the meat in the freezer for 1-2 hours, then cut into thin slices.

Dredge the meat slices in flour.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat slices on both sides over high heat until browned.
