  • Chicken stock400 ml
  • Dijon mustard1 სუფრის-კოვზი
  • Cream2 სუფრის-კოვზი
  • Lemon juice1 სუფრის-კოვზი
  • Tortilla4 ცალი

    Place chopped onion and garlic in a pot and sauté until softened.

    Once softened, add rice and stir. Add tomato paste, garlic powder, dried adjika, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well and pour in the chicken broth.

    Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Once the rice is cooked, set aside and let it cool.

    Melt butter in a skillet and fry Vici fish sticks on both sides until crispy.

    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, and cream until smooth.

    Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix with chopped parsley.

    Spread the sauce onto a tortilla, layer with rice, tomato mixture, grated cheddar, corn kernels, and fish sticks. Top with extra cheese and roll up tightly into a burrito.

    Melt butter in a preheated pan and toast the burrito on both sides until golden and crispy.
