Cabbage Salad
This is a simple yet delicious Georgian salad that perfectly complements any main course. It's very easy to prepare and adds freshness and lightness to the table.
Ingredients

Finely shred the cabbage, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and slice the cucumber into thin half-moons or cubes.
