Canadian Poutine
Poutine is a Canadian dish that has become popular in Georgia as well. It consists of french fries, cheese curds, and chicken gravy. It's a delicious and hearty dish, perfect for cold weather.
Ingredients

Peel the potatoes, cut them into fries, and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Wash the chicken drumsticks, remove the skin, and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Prick the drumsticks with a fork periodically to release more juice.

Cool the drumsticks and remove the meat from the bones, then shred it.

Transfer the chicken drippings from baking to a saucepan, set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add a little chicken broth and stir in the flour, stirring constantly. After a few minutes, add a little more broth, and when it boils - add more, and so on, slowly pour in all the broth. Reduce heat to low and bring the sauce to a medium-thick consistency (about 10 minutes).

Add the shredded chicken to the sauce.

Fry the french fries. First for 1-2 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius, then at 190 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
