Chacha tonic

Chacha tonic

A crisp, refreshing Georgian twist on the classic highball, pairing fragrant grape pomace brandy with bitter tonic water and fresh citrus. Perfect for warm summer evenings or casual gatherings as an authentic local aperitif. For the best flavor balance, use well-chilled, aromatic chacha and plenty of ice.
