Chai latte
An aromatic and warming beverage crafted from a spiced black tea concentrate topped with velvety steamed milk. It is the perfect comforting drink for chilly mornings or cozy relaxing evenings. For the deepest flavor, lightly crush whole spices before simmering to release their essential oils.
Ingredients

- whole milk250 ml
- cinnamon stick1 piece
- cardamom pods4 piece
- whole cloves3 piece

In a small saucepan, combine water, broken cinnamon stick, lightly crushed cardamom pods, cloves, and sliced ginger. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat, add loose black tea, cover, and steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain the concentrate and stir in honey.

Heat milk and froth it using a steam wand, French press, or milk frother until you get a silky, dense microfoam.
