  • Dry White Wine200 ml

    Cut the beef into medium-sized pieces.

    Finely chop the onion.

    Finely chop the herbs (cilantro, parsley, tarragon, green onion).

    Place the meat in a pot, add enough water to cover the meat. Add the onion and cook over low heat for 1.5-2 hours, until the meat is tender.

    Once the meat is tender, add tkemali, salt, chili pepper (optional), and white wine (optional). Cook for another 15 minutes.

    Add the chopped herbs and cook for another 5 minutes.
