    Boil the chicken gizzards in salted water for about 30 minutes, or until tender.

    Boil the chicken liver in a separate pot for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Be careful not to overcook it, so it doesn't become mushy.

    Cool the boiled gizzards and liver and cut them into small pieces.

    Finely chop or grind the walnuts in a meat grinder.

    In a bowl, mix the chopped gizzards, liver, walnuts, finely chopped onion, utskho suneli, dried coriander, salt, and black pepper.

    Add the pomegranate seeds and mix well.

    Optionally, sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
