Cumin carrots

Cumin carrots

Tender carrots and sweet capsicum are gently sautéed in rich clarified butter and infused with warm, aromatic cumin seeds. A pinch of sugar enhances the natural sweetness of the vegetables, creating a comforting and vibrant side dish. It pairs wonderfully with roasted meats or simple rice dishes.
