    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until activated.

    In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast water and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.

    Cover the dough with a cloth and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until it doubles in size.

    Divide the risen dough into two parts. Roll out each part thinly.

    Spread softened butter on each rolled-out dough and fold in half. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate until the cheese is ready.

    Roll out one part of the dough to the size of the baking form. Transfer to the baking form.
