Family Pizza with Mushrooms and Sausage
This is a delicious family pizza recipe that you can prepare with mushrooms and Georgian sausage. The dough is soft and airy, and the filling is diverse and flavorful.

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water. Knead into a soft and elastic dough.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Knead the dough again and refrigerate for 1 day.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
